Legal agreement for use of our website

Your use of Vegan Family Store Without Prejudice (referred to as “Vegan Family”) website and all products and services available thereon are offered to you on your acceptance of our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer and Waiver and other notices posted on this website. Your use of this website, or of any products or services presented in any area of this website, indicates your acknowledgement and agreement to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer and Waiver and other notices posted on this website. We suggest you print a copy of each of these documents for your records.

Special Delivery Notice

Due to current world circumstances there are safety concerns with delivery of products; we have had occasional issues with our delivery companies and unpredictable customs procedures. Although we will take measures to mitigate these risks and pursue avenues to get delivery issues resolved on your behalf, once we deliver your products you accept all risks and liabilities to the removal or damage of any products in your package.

We cannot deliver to Spain or Sweden. New Zealand may take up to 15 days extra due to local restrictions. Customs have lately been rejecting packages at the border, therefore, we do not recommend any product deliveries to Spain or Sweden. If you insist on delivery to Spain or Sweden you accept all risk, liability, and responsibility for your products in your package.

NOTE for Holiday Deliveries: We will not deliver any products from the 22nd of December until January 5th. You can place your order but it will not be delivered until the week of January 5th. Thank you for your understanding and we apologise for any inconvenience.

General Delivery and Stock

In stock items are mailed out generally between 2-5 business days and 5-15 business days during special circumstances.

Backorders: we will send you a note if there is a back order so you can make a substitution or receive a refund for that item. Back ordered items can take 3-4 weeks to arrive back in stock depending on the item. Due to COVID restrictions there are no guarantees on delivery times and customs clearance can also take longer. Thank your for your patience. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM folder for updates and tracking information before contacting us asking, as we have a high volume of emails that can take time to respond to. 

We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. If you want a guarantee on your package please select the tracked package option; if the package goes missing we can file a claim. If you select the untracked option, there is no insurance on the package and we cannot recover costs or find out what happened to your delivery. It is the buyers own risk once the package has been delivered. If you have a truly missing package we will try to work with you to resolve the issue as fairly as possible.

If you are from Florida or California (or any warmer regions) we recommend using tracked packet so that the package is sitting less in a hot vehicle. We are not responsible for melted products! We package these items in many layers and if you order tracked packet then at least we have a claim with the post office.

If you have a rush order please make a note on check out and we will try to prioritize your package, but that is not a guarantee. If anything comes damaged please let us know and we will offer you a coupon to cover the issue or we will do our best to replace it.
